Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney is Amal Ra. Alamuddin, a Lebanese British legal practitioner and human rights advocate. After graduating from Oxford University School of Law she pursued an extensive and successful career in human rights as well as international law. Her high-profile clients have included several nation-states including the country of Armenia in its fight for recognition of the Armenian Genocide by the Turkish government. Amal Clooney got engaged and later was married with American star George Clooney, instantly making her a household names in the world of pop-culture. Years earlier, Amal Clooney had been known for her success in representing her clients before courts and had a good reputation. Her work ranges the spectrum of social justice, human rights, to representing corporations in the negotiation process or litigating cases involving the regulations of government.
